Negotia is a mobile app designed to help users improve negotiation and persuasion skills through AI-driven conversations and interactive scenarios. It is provided for educational and entertainment purposes only. 2. Use of the App

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.
• You agree not to use the app for unlawful, harmful, or offensive purposes.
• The AI may generate unpredictable responses; we make no guarantees about their accuracy or suitability. See our Disclaimer for full details on AI-generated content limitations.

3. Accounts and Local Data

Negotia does not require or create user accounts. All data is stored locally on your device.

If you delete the app or install it on another device, your data and consumable items may not be recoverable. Subscriptions can be restored if active on your App Store or Google Play account.

4. Purchases and Subscriptions

• The app offers subscriptions (Premium Weekly, Premium Monthly) and consumable in-app items (10, 55, 120 Gems).
• Prices vary by region and are managed by Apple and Google.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your App Store or Google Play settings.
• Consumable purchases cannot be restored once used.

5. Premium Features and User Content

Premium users can create their own scenarios. The content they produce is solely their responsibility, and MintyGum LLC is not liable for such material or any effects arising from its use.

6. Intellectual Property

All app content, design, AI responses, and branding (except user-generated text) are the property of MintyGum LLC.

Users may not copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, or reuse app components without prior written consent.

Third-Party Content (Video Moments): Some learning materials within Negotia may include short clips, screenshots, or excerpts from publicly available film, television, or other media sources, used for educational and commentary purposes. Such material remains the property of its respective copyright holders. Their use within Negotia is intended to fall within the doctrine of fair use (or its equivalent under applicable law) for the purposes of teaching, criticism, and commentary. 7. Limitation of Liability

Negotia and its AI systems are for educational use only. We do not guarantee negotiation outcomes, real-world success, or factual accuracy.

MintyGum LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Refunds

All purchases (subscriptions and consumable items) are processed by the platform you downloaded the app from. Refund requests must be submitted directly to that platform according to their applicable policies. MintyGum LLC does not process refunds directly and is not responsible for refund decisions made by the platform.

9. Termination

We may suspend or restrict access if you violate these Terms or use the app in an abusive or harmful manner.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after such updates constitutes your acceptance.
